Returns, Refunds, Cancellations & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Careberry order. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you can return it within 7 days of purchase, to be eligible for a return; your item must be in their unopened, unused and original condition that you received it, It must also be in the original packaging, If you would like to return an item purchased online, please contact us.
Please note that only products purchased from www.careberry.in may be accepted. If you purchased from a retailer, please refer to the retailer’s return policy, we advise that you always keep your receipt and check retailer's conditions for return.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can cancel order from CANCEL button from order details page under my account section. You just need to provide reason for cancellation, and rest we will take care.

Please call us on +91 7700 93 2626 (Mon - Fri - 9 am to 6 pm), and we will help you in cancelling the order.
*Careberry reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.
Note - Orders can be only cancelled till the status is “Ready to Ship”.
I Have Received My Order And My Product/S Is Faulty, What Can I Do?
A faulty product is identified as product/s that arrived to the customer damaged, or in a form unfit for its advertised intended use, for some reason customer receives a faulty product, Careberry will provide the customer with an exchange, refund or online store credit to the value of the returned product/s once all the details along with products are received.
A customer must communicate any product fault within 7 days following the product’s purchase in order to qualify for a return.
I Have Changed My Mind And No Longer Require The Item I Purchased?
Careberry will accept product returns if a customer changes their mind within 7 days from the date of purchase, in order to qualify for a return, product/s must be unopened, unused and with all original packaging and/or labels intact, If the product passes the test and matches the complaint, we shall initiate return/refund/exchange process within 7 days of the consignment being received by our quality inspection team.
I’ve Ordered The Wrong Product
You can cancel the order if it’s not dispatched and place a fresh order; once an order is dispatched we’re not able to make any changes to the items in the order unfortunately! once received you can exchange the product with us.
I Need To Cancel The Order I Just Placed
You can cancel the order if it’s not dispatched, Once an order is placed and received by our warehouse team, we’re unfortunately not able to cancel the order. Once your parcel is received you’re more than welcome to make a return with us.
Be Aware
Buying from an unauthorized online retailer may result in you receiving spoiled, outdated and even counterfeit products.
Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy. Exchange of product due to allergic/skin reactions is not applicable. Exchange of product due to reasons including personal dislike of the product; dislike of the fragrance; dislike of color that cannot be backed by proof of quality issues with the product itself is not applicable.
